At GSD ORGANICS (गौ सेवा धाम ऑर्गेनिक्स), we aim to deliver high-quality organic products with complete customer satisfaction. Since our catalog includes both perishable and non-perishable items, the refund and return terms vary accordingly. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.
A. Organic Products (Vermicompost, Earthworms, Soil Boosters, etc.)
Organic items are perishable and therefore non-returnable. Refunds or replacements are only provided when:
• The product arrives damaged
• A wrong item is delivered
• The material is spoiled, contaminated, or tampered
• Packaging is significantly leaked or torn
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof.
B. Machines & Equipment (Compost Machines, Grading Machines, etc.)
These items are returnable if:
• The product is damaged on arrival
• There are manufacturing defects
• The wrong model or type is delivered
• The machine does not function out of the box
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Live earthworms
• Used or partially consumed organic products
• Opened packaging
• Custom machine builds
• Clearance or heavily discounted items
If a product qualifies for replacement, we may provide:
• Full product replacement
• Free re-shipping
• Partial replacement in case of minor damage
For earthworms, if transit heat causes mortality, we offer partial worm replacement or store credit depending on the case.
Refunds are processed when:
• The issue is valid and reported within the eligible period
• Clear evidence is submitted
• Product details match the original order
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference. Processing time is 3–7 working days after approval.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible for organic products or live earthworms. Machine cancellations may be considered depending on the shipping stage; cancellation fees may apply.
If your order has not been delivered, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Once verified as lost, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
Refunds or replacements are not applicable if:
• An incorrect address was provided
• The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
• Multiple delivery failures occur
