Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship our products across all serviceable locations in India, including rural areas, farms, nurseries, and metro cities. Delivery availability depends on courier coverage in your area.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines are:
• 3–5 working days for metro and major cities
• 5–7 working days for semi-urban areas
• 7–10 working days for remote or rural regions
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on product weight, location, and courier rates.
• Certain items may qualify for free delivery during promotions.
• Bulk orders may receive discounted logistics rates.

5. Packaging

All organic products are packed using moisture-proof, durable bags to preserve freshness and prevent leakage. Machines and metal products are packed with foam protection, bubble wrap, and wooden supports (if required) to ensure safe transport.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. Customers can check shipping progress and courier updates in real-time.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to the origin. Re-shipping charges may apply for the next attempt.

8. Damaged Packages on Arrival

If you receive a damaged package:
• Take clear photos and videos immediately
• Do not discard the package or product
• Report the issue within 48 hours
We will investigate and provide a replacement or solution based on the situation.

9. Bulk & Wholesale Shipping

For large orders (farms, nurseries, distributors):
• Transportation may be arranged via courier, transport truck, or local delivery agents
• Shipping time and pricing vary based on quantity and distance
• Assistance is available for loading/unloading logistics

10. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:
• Wrong address is provided
• Customer is unreachable
• Courier restrictions apply
Refunds or reshipping will depend on case evaluation. Additional charges may apply.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to India only.
